The drive to Macedonia was 18 minutes for a minute transaction, done by a head teller. The Solon branch told me I needed an appointment. .. while 6 people are in the branch doing NOTHING. HORRIBLE customer service. Even the customer service phone service thought it was ridiculous, and I called from the packing lot. Literally said I have my ID he said I will call them for you, and they told him the same thing.
