Not a “sorry no one is available right now”. Not a “sorry for the wait”. Not one of the four managers (or two tellers) that were there even made eye contact with me. They walked past several times and just ignored me. A devoted PNC customer for over two decades, I remember when you were greeted at the door by a friendly PNC employee and asked “how can can we assist you today?”. I used to rave about PNC customer service. Now it seems you’re not even noticed when you’re right under their nose.
