- SMStacy MapleOct 14, 20251.0So disappointed. I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes today without ever being acknowledged by any bank staff. Not a smile. Not a “be right with you”. Not a “sorry no one is available right now”. Not a “sorry for the wait”. Not one of the four managers (or two tellers) that were there even made eye contact with me. They walked past several times and just ignored me. A devoted PNC customer for over two decades, I remember when you were greeted at the door by a friendly PNC employee and asked “how can can we assist you today?”. I used to rave about PNC customer service. Now it seems you’re not even noticed when you’re right under their nose.

I really felt like she was going out of her way to make things hard on me. All because I didn't have a debit card. A world of difference between this branch and the local branch here in Toledo.

- EEEmilJun 14, 20255.0This is a great PNC. I went here and was immensely satisfied with my experience due to their helpfulness and efficiency. When I needed to conduct a wire transfer from my First National Bank account to my PNC account, First National Bank required a printed or emailed document with my routing number, account number, name, and banking information for PNC, which most banks typically do not. When I explained this to someone at this branch, they went out of their way to type a custom document for me, enabling me to complete this wire transfer. PNC in general also has great banking products, with the virtual wallet being a great tool to easily organize money into checking or saving accounts and budgeting it for different categories. I gave this PNC branch five stars because of its exemplary service. However, it’s parking layout is rather inconvenient.
