- JJJennifer JackwayApr 13, 20241.0The teller at the drive through took hundreds of dollars out of my uncle's account instead of my account, even though I provided the teller with my debit card, which was associated with my checking. BIG bank error that caused inconvenience. Those working in banks should have attention to detail. When we went in to open an account recently, the tellers took people who got there after us, before us. Terrible experiences lately. I have 6 accounts with them. May be time to change banks.
