Very disappointing experience. We scheduled an appointment two days in advance and arrived on time for our 10:30 a.m. meeting. After waiting for over 30 minutes, we were told that the banker we were scheduled with was on the phone handling a credit card dispute and needed to reschedule.
While we understand that things come up, there was zero communication or professionalism. He never came out to greet us, explain the delay, or ask if we were okay waiting. Our time was completely wasted.
This is not the level of service we expect from PNC Bank.

Great customer service. Always helpful, smiling and pleasant. It is refreshing to see. Happy to be doing business there.
First, Mariah, the Teller was fabulous. Fantastic customer service. She would be an asset to any company. The leadership, not so much. Waited for the The Manager to return from lunch only to have her pass me off to a Banker who did not know how to complete the transaction. Instead of helping me, the Manager's best advice was to call Customer Service (for something that could be done at the branch level.) This was for a transaction for a business account.

Really great experiences at this branch. Folks were running a little late in opening. It was clear they were working as fast as they could, apologizing for waits that were minimal to non-existent. No apologies were needed, but it was great to see how much they valued the customer. If you are in the Lakewood, Rocky River, West Park, or Fairview Park area, I highly recommend this PNC.
This pnc has been always a disappointment everytime I decided to stop by because of it conveint location to me. It fails me everytime.
