- JBJudy BurkeMar 20, 20261.0I received a loan to consolidate my bills, and when they did a payoff, they mailed out the checks through regular mail and not overnight, which caused the payments to get to the companies late. I was not given the option to deposit the funds into my account or to have the payments overnighted. therefore, I was charged more money, which they refused to pay, even though they took total autonomy over my affairs. But now they want to throw it back at me for payments. And they refuse to pay, which is truly unfair! P.S. I will never recommend using this place ever!!
