Every time I’ve been in, people are kind and very helpful.

I can say never had issues intact staff has been VERY helpful and professional to me and my family. Sorry other have which don’t understand but me and my family very satisfied with the device provided. Keep doing what you do.
- NJNichelle JacksonNov 24, 20251.0Came in to get me card activated and I told her that so I pulled out my card and ID just for her to look at it and say bankers can’t activate cards 🤦🏾♀️ a teller will have to do it. Y’all made it impossible to do it online and over the phone and it’s been over a month since I made my account so I will just wait for it to close, I’ll be getting another bank account, sadly y’all have the same inconsistencies
