- ZRZombee RunnerJun 6, 20251.0Terrible. Mobile deposit was down so I went in person to deposit a check. No tellers, so another customer was at the only banking kiosk waiting for a virtual teller. She had been there for several minutes waiting, so I was advised to use the drive-up ATM to deposit the check. Outside ATM was out of service. I ended up going to Huntington Bank, where the check was issued from, and they cashed the check for a $10 service fee. Not good.
- RSRobert SenviskyJul 7, 20231.0Customer service was super here, one of the tellers is the queen of considerate help, but now two months ago or so the have gutted the inside and you need to use an automated teller which is painfully slow, not private and personally dangerous for withdrawal or cashing checks. Very disappointed, and they said this is where it's going! Next please!
