  The male assistant branch manager was rude and not respectful of our time. We simply asked to downgrade to a smaller clover machine we had previously purchased. He denied it and said we should take our business elsewhere. As a Business owner in dublin and powell I would not reccomend pnc for any business banking. Not only are the employees here unprofessional, they will not help you without gaining something. I am going to take my Business banking to Huntington where they will actually try to help you and where you are actually treated with respect, not just try to get as much money out of you as possible every visit

  Just before going to PNC I went to another bank that couldn’t accept my walk-in appt. As a mom of 2, I couldn’t schedule for another day. I had to make the most of my errands. Elleez was wonderful to work with! Kind, professional, and intuitive. I was in a hurry and she was accommodating and helpful.

  Went to utilize their notary on staff. Buyer was a banking customer and had a check drawn up. Teller knew we were needing to then transfer the title with their notary. Long wait later and their notary tells us they only do this if the seller is a banking customer....so we went to 53rd who doesn't have this stipulation.

  The staff at PNC bank were fantastic! They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I was impressed by how quickly they were able to assist me. I didn't have to wait at all.
