I had to make the most of my errands. Elleez was wonderful to work with! Kind, professional, and intuitive. I was in a hurry and she was accommodating and helpful.

Teller knew we were needing to then transfer the title with their notary. Long wait later and their notary tells us they only do this if the seller is a banking customer....so we went to 53rd who doesn't have this stipulation.

Several employees in there every time I go in but no one can ever seem to answer my questions. Time and time again they try to help me but they get nowhere. I would not recommend this bank to anyone either business or personally. I don't usually leave poor reviews but this has been a terrible experience.
