Just before going to PNC I went to another bank that couldn’t accept my walk-in appt. As a mom of 2, I couldn’t schedule for another day. I had to make the most of my errands. Elleez was wonderful to work with! Kind, professional, and intuitive. I was in a hurry and she was accommodating and helpful.

Went to utilize their notary on staff. Buyer was a banking customer and had a check drawn up. Teller knew we were needing to then transfer the title with their notary. Long wait later and their notary tells us they only do this if the seller is a banking customer....so we went to 53rd who doesn't have this stipulation.

Been to this bank alot over last 5 years. This week went their twice. Both times had to wait in lobby while manager and employee sit in room while one teller waits on all customers. My day is not long enough to wait in bank for 15 minutes while manager and employee relax on the clock. Very bad management.

We use this bank for business and I have not had a positive experience at all. Several employees in there every time I go in but no one can ever seem to answer my questions. Time and time again they try to help me but they get nowhere. I would not recommend this bank to anyone either business or personally. I don't usually leave poor reviews but this has been a terrible experience.
