I've never needed them to do anything, but the one time I try to dispute a transaction, they make me call and text multiple times/days just to deny the dispute. This was the 1st and only time I've asked them for help, and I was denied. I'm going back to Chase. The only other time I've ever asked for a dispute and Chase bank did it right away... while I was still on the phone... the first time I called... Whether it's their customer service or the fact they care, they were so much better to their consumers than pnc.
