Their services are next to none and now the only PNC bank in Perrysburg's ATM is under construction and they won't service you inside either so I had to drive to Maumee to get anything done. I've been a loyal customer at PNC for a very long time and I have been very annoyed and just be basically upset with their changes over the last few years. I have decided to switch banks after 30 yrs with them and I will not regret it.

She just didn’t come to work that day. So, I’m not sure what’s the point on accepting schedule appointments, send reminders and just not be there for the customer. I wasted my time making an appointment days in advance and going to the branch. The guy working said: you can go to a different branch. Seriously? Just don’t waste your time.
