- WWWallie WallsSep 9, 20241.0Super irritating experience. Needed to make an ATM deposit, nearest ATM to me with that function was a 45 min drive away. I checked to make sure it was indeed "24 hours" before I made the trip. The location is on a their COLLEGE CAMPUS. So after locating the tiny sign for thr PNC bank, I see that it is inside the College's 'admission visit center' building... I go up to the doors, it's locked. I try all the other doors, also locked. It appears as if this bank/ATM is only accessible to the students that have an access card to get into the building or at least after 5pm.... So, wasted drive unfortunately... And now the Other PNC bank is 2 hours away from me... In the opposite direction.

AliJul 31, 20191.0The worst experience ever in addition to around $90 confiscated by the bank for failed wire transfer!! they Took $45 as a transfer fees which was OK. then because of a missing info, the money transfer failed because PNC bank did not respond to "the receiver bank" about the missing information! the worst thing was wasting 40 days to tell me that the wire transfer was unsuccessful!!! in addition PNC took another $43 to return the money back!! and they refuse to give me a document to prove this! what the hell!!??
