  My wife has an account here I have total access to this account and yet they wouldn’t trade some $20 bills for change. Bad customer service. Get an account at Farmers just down the road.

  Horrible customer "service" at the PNC-Orrville bank today. My intention was to initiate a wire transfer service to another bank. I had called PNC Corporate earlier to inquire if I could complete this over the phone. I was told that it was possible but would take longer. They suggested visiting the branch bank where the forms could be initiated. After I arrived at the bank I was told "no, no, no"... we do not have the forms for initiating a wire transfer and cannot help you. I explained that I had called corporate and was advised to visit the branch. The female was rude, and offensive at times. She said that I was told wrongly. I said it is not my problem if a PNC employee did not know how to do her job. To which the Orrville bank employee stated, "well I know how to do my job". I calmly but firmly told the Orrville employee that the transfer would be made today as corporate advised. She then went to get her bank branch manager and told her, "he isn't happy with me". I will give the branch manager more credit for being cooperative and assuring the wire transfer was completed. However, in this employee's office was a sign that showed how much she valued "SARCASM". Can you believe this is a good business model, I enjoy sarcasm? Unbelievable... these people handle YOUR money and then give you a difficult time, arguing between corporate and blaming the customer! I should've immediately cancelled all my PNC accounts on the spot. In my hometown, PNC closed it's bank without even an ATM remaining, diverted its customers to branch banks 5 and 10 miles away from my community and to boot, closed the branch bank located 5 miles away! As stated, the transfers occurred but not without much frustration and upset. The only satisfaction that I received today was knowing that I regained control of my money. Someone (or organization) needs remedial help in customer relations and service.

  If you check you account then make a purchase then you check your account again the money is deducted on the spot and the very next morning their charging you again for the very same purchase they already took from your account. When you call 15 times the only reply you get is maybe you should keep better track of your money or maybe you need a ledger. This problem has put us in over draft several times and lost whole paychecks thru this bank. I will be closing out my accts.
