I will follow up on this with the Attorney General and post the results. This review was initiated because one day, FOR NO EXPLAINABLE reason, my account was terminated causing me to have problems with payment hooked up to the account with my business. The entire activities are printed below. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!! I found a new great bank! I have been a PNC Bank customer since it took over National City Bank a long time ago. Unexepectedly, I recently received a very short abrupt letter letter from the North Olmsted PNC Bank informing me that they have made a determination to close my account When I called to ascertain the reason with one of the PNC Bank members, I was abruptly told that they can close my account without notice! I had a personal checking account, a money market account, a CD and a small business account. The bank closed my business account leaving me stranded by being unable to receive payments from customers, left me stranded by not being able to use my business debit card, and left me stranded by not being able to pay my operating bills. I have never had an overdraft, I only use debit cards so I never had a credit card issue. I went to the North Olmsted branch where I always had a good relationship with the members, and who also contacted me several times in the past asking if I wanted to get involved with different options the bank had since I was a customer in good standing and the balance of my accounts. While at the bank, I withdrew my CD, withdrew the money in my personal account and money market account. I asked several people why they abruptly closed my account and received very short and rude replies that it is their option without cause. NO ONE GAVE ME A SPECIFIC REASON WHY MY ACCOUNT WAS TERMINATED!!! PNC Branch caused a turmoil in my finances, a turmoil in the operation of my business because I have money coming into an account that no longer exists, and now I have to deal with the customers and registration centers to try and recover these payments. Please take this as a warning. I caused NO problems to the bank, I had money coming into my accounts, I never bounced a check, and all of a sudden my business was interrupted with unecessary stress, again with no known reason or explanation! I was treated very poorly! DO NOT TRUST PNC BANK, THEY WILL "STAB YOU IN THE BACK" NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU'VE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER!!!
