Very frustrating dealing with ignorant people who refuse to help you and direct you to deal with it on your own. I obviously tried to deal with it on my own before I tried to contact someone!

In six months, they have charged outrageous inactivity fees. To close my account, I had to visit in person. The teller was very rude and impersonal. This was not a good experience at all.
