  I worked with Ryan O. for an application for a personal loan. He took his time, was patient and kind, and explained everything thoroughly. He also followed up throughout the process, which made the whole experience smooth and easy. Would definitely love to work with him again in the future!

  Stopped by the North Olmsted branch to open a new account. Was warmly welcomed by the front desk associate, and Ryan assisted us promptly and professionally. The entire experience was smooth, with excellent communication throughout.

  Terrible customer service! Absolute waste of my time trying to resolve accessing my account from my phone. Very frustrating dealing with ignorant people who refuse to help you and direct you to deal with it on your own. I obviously tried to deal with it on my own before I tried to contact someone!

  I opened an account here for petty cash purposes only. During the ongoing Covid-19 situation, I haven’t had the need for the account. In six months, they have charged outrageous inactivity fees. To close my account, I had to visit in person. The teller was very rude and impersonal. This was not a good experience at all.
