- SSStephanie SmithSep 30, 20252.0This bank does not inform the customers of any monetary changes or charges until after the money has been taken from an account. They are not very friendly either. They also do not cash checks for free anymore. Overall, I did not find their business to be 100% honest or trustworthy. This bank made me feel robbed from instead of doing their due diligence to guard and protect my bank accounts and give some kind of an increase to me, the customer.

Had to wait for someone else to get off the phone who would assist me, then gave me a hard time about my differences with Latoya. The manager was not interested in making my customer service experience any better. I will not return.
