- MMMelanzaNov 12, 20254.0I have always loved being a PNC customer and I have been for many years. Recently they changed there online banking portal and some features that were nice before are gone. One specific change that has caused a lot of difficulty is that money going into account and money going out of account are now listed in one column instead of them being in two columns before. This is very difficult to read when looking at the bank account portal. It is especially more difficult when you export transactions to a spreadsheet. Now there is also only one column on the spreadsheet and you have to manually separate them which is time consuming when doing bank reconciliation. There is also no known way to give this review in the online banking portal. I sincerely hope that PNC tweaks this new portal to allow customers better use of the new portal. Thank you for your time if you read this review!
