My name is on the check and i provided my ID like i always do when cashing a check. I was asked to provide my debit card as well as a 2-step process and had a new person helping me. I provided my debit card and waited about 15-20 minutes only to be told that they couldn't cash it!!! Huge waste of time! I would avoid this bank at all costs!
