- TMTom MooreDec 8, 20241.0I have banked at PNC for over 40 years. The service has continued to go down hill every year. I went in about 18 months ago and spoke with the manager over concerns I had on the interest rates I was receiving. Another local bank had higher rates. She said she would speak with her boss and call me back within two weeks. I got no reply. The next time I was in I asked again. She said she would call back again. A year and a half later no call. I moved most of my money out of the bank last fall. All I wanted was a call saying yes or no. I went in a few days ago. 8 people in line, 1 teller working. 2 people got so frustrated, they just left. I was in line 40 minutes. The whole time a phone was ringing with no one answering it. Banking service is a thing of the past, But PNC just doesn't care about their customers!!! I will be closing all of my accounts at PNC & finding a local bank.
