- CMCasey McLeanSep 26, 20251.0Been a customer for over 25 years and the teller Meghan is absolutely horrible. Her tone with customers and detest for being helpful is unbelievable. She absolutely knows who I am yet asks for 2 forms of ID for money back on a check after depositing over $4000. She is consistently rude and has a tone of hatefulness. The assistant manager Karissa isn’t any better either. There’s absolutely no form of customer service between the both of them. Unacceptable behavior.

- KNKevin NunnerFeb 21, 20212.0Good place for everyday banking needs. Super helpful staff who knows their stuff. AVOID loans through this location at ALL costs. Go literally anywhere else. They know nothing about mortgage loans and heaven forbid you have a question or need action taken within your mortgage. I would rather go through Home Depot or McDonald's for a loan. Their luster dulls when you're doing anything with a loan. Good luck trying to get a hold of any body on the phone for mortgages, they'll just send you to the brick and mortal place. Then they'll have you fax the "investigation people" who will in turn do nothing. Absolutely useless. Wish I could rewind time and go through ANYBODY else for a mortage loan.
