She absolutely knows who I am yet asks for 2 forms of ID for money back on a check after depositing over $4000. She is consistently rude and has a tone of hatefulness. The assistant manager Karissa isn’t any better either. There’s absolutely no form of customer service between the both of them. Unacceptable behavior.
