Instead of running the debit they tell customers to go credit union up the street then bring back the deposit. Honestly thinking of banking elsewhere to me it is like they are pilfering from the poor and senior citizens.
- SMStacey MFeb 13, 20172.0I don't like their new procedure that you are greeted by an employee sitting at a desk in the lobby and asked ( in front of everyone else ) what you are there for today. You are then told you have to go into a private office to do your transactions. If you need change, like coins or bundles of $1 bills as part of your transactions, you then have to walk over to the counter to get it.. #1. I am not comfortable announcing my business to everyone in the lobby, nor do I feel it necessary to be asked ahead of speaking to the person handling my transaction. #2. Why make me walk to a private office for part of my transactions, then walk to the counter to do the rest? I'm not happy with the change and will be looking to bank elsewhere.
