- DHDustin HeisleyApr 4, 20261.0Have gone to this bank for YEARS and will never return. New teller has no idea how to do the job and has been there for 2-3 months! I had to leave several times this month before being able to finish my transaction, one time having to use the ATM because, again, the teller couldn't back out of a screen on the computer. Manager doesn't care, brushes aside my concern and tells me I can do it all online.

Miss Jayne just chilling on her desk doing her own thing without greeting or asking me to wait. I been banking with PNC for well over 12 years and this is the service. 3 people behind me came and left.

Easy deposits and withdrawals, friendly tellers, and prompt assistance with the higher-ups when necessary (like for setting up joint accounts with my husband). Felt a need to leave a review here after seeing the poor reviews!
