- RWRhonda WiseJun 4, 20251.0Tellers at this Branch are awful rude disrespectful and unprofessional. I was called a liar by a teller when trying to cash a check I was told that the personal check was not wrote by the account holder and that I was lying. I asked to speak with a manager and a lady up front said she's in a meeting she would go and get her a woman walked from the back handed my check back to the rude teller and begin to be disrespectful with an attitude she pretended to be a manager she was not even the manager after I specifically asked her if she was and I asked to speak with one. I will be reporting this to the higher-ups this Branch should be closed permanently.btw they confirmed with the account holder she did in fact write her check. I took my check and left I'm likely to close my account with PNC after this altercation.

The best thing to do is stay away from this branch. I hope this is not the direction of customer service that PNC is going. Branch manager appears he doesn't control the teller services. Very unfortunate experiences.
