  This is the absolute worst bank. I have an account at this bank with my daughter and wanted to cash a check for $75. After standing in the bank waiting for 10 minutes the teller asked how she could help. I gave the teller my Pa photo Drivers license a credit card in my name as a second form of id. Then she asked for my social security number, my phone number, and a recent transaction on the account. I explained to her that my daughter had gotten this account when she was in college 10 years ago and I’m still on the account with her. I only use the account to cash an occasional check as a convenience when I’m out of state because I have another account of my own with a local bank in Pa. After another 15 minutes going through all the verification she said I have to do my due diligence which I understand but she was going overboard I believe. So then she said she was going to get me the $75 after 5 minutes came back with the bank manager and I explained everything to him for another 5 minutes then he tells me they only have one desk and computer that they can give cash out from but I would have to wait another 15 minutes because another associate was using that computer. So I just left at that point because I had already been there for 45 minutes.

  I have PNC for a bank but this particular location sucks very much because they do not have in-house banking there is no tellers indoors and I cannot do any indoor banking with this place which makes it very inconvenient considering it's the only one in Massillon
