Back in June 2018 this branch signed me up for auto drafts for my mortgage. They didn't process the paperwork and my mortgage didn't get processed by the due date. This happened two months in a row, they made it right and didn't charge any late fees. But now I have my credit report looked over I dropped 200 points. I have NEVER missed a payment!!! There is nothing they can do they say!!! They tanked my credit report over there mistake!!!!!
