  We had an amazing experience working with Stephanie Sigrist at First Federal. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Stephanie always responded right away and made sure we fully understood everything. She truly went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. We never once felt hesitant to reach out with questions, and she always made us feel supported. We’re incredibly grateful for her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage lender they can trust.

  I had a mortgage with them from April 2014 to June 2022. Every interaction I had with the loan banker, every teller I ever spoke to in person or on the phone was kind, helpful and professional. The building was always clean and inviting and I was almost sad to speak with them for the last time. I highly recommend any and every person using First Federal Community Bank for any banking needs.
