We came in to get statements and they said we don't have all correct paperwork when it is in front of their DAMN FACE!! Wouldn't even let me put CASH in my daughter's account because I'm not on it. CASH NOT A CHECK!! Never bank here!!

I CALLED THE BANK AND THEY PUT A 24 HOUR HOLD ON A PNC CHECK DEPOSTING INTO A PNC BANK ACCOUNT. THEY SAID I SHOULD HAVE CASHED IT, THEN DEPOSITED IT. THIS IS THE DUMBEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD! RUN!!!
