  I’ve been a PNC customer for over 20 years and have worked with many different branches over the years. Recently, we moved to this area, and now this branch is the closest one to me. And you know what? I’m truly happy about it! I’ve never encountered such a friendly, customer-oriented, and easygoing location before. I always come here with great pleasure. Thank you so much to the entire team!

  Everyone at this location have been more than helpful and polite. If you've had a bad experience maybe give them another opportunity. They do have a teller window now which is very helpful. Keep up the good work!

  The staff at this branch is just amazing! They have helped me with our mortgage, setting up many accounts, investment advice, the challenges with the death of my parents, and so much more. They have always been so kind and helpful.

  The worst customer service and the branch manager is just as worse, Amy! They have zero follow through and lack of communication is horrible. DO NOT GO HERE if you expect to get anything loan wise accomplished. Choose another lender!!!!

  The building could not have worse location if it tried...If you live to the left of PNC, find another bank!! All the exits are right turns only.. You have to go out the PNC lot, behind a sketchy CVS and then cut thru a Auto Zone parking lot full of speed bumps just to turn left out of PNC.. unacceptable..PNC used to be good.. but now the rewards program is trash.. the banks dont accept change at any location near me .. they send you to coin star to get taxed 15% and the mobile banking is rarely accessible from mobile.. always down for maintenance
