Walked into Macedonia branch and greeted by two employees standing at a desk asking if I want a deposit or withdrawal slip then offer an explanation that the only one teller is busy helping someone and it may be a longer wait. What?? Three other employees in the bank and they can’t help with a simple check cashing?? Other branches operate a similar way. Time to consider changing banks. Had good experience with Chase.

They need to get it together and move through customers faster. They don’t open until 10am and then take forever per transaction.
