My father went in to make a simple cash deposit into his own mother’s account (my grandmother) using a deposit slip and was turned away with no real help or clear explanation. I’m assuming because he’s black! This is something that should be straightforward, especially when someone is just trying to help their elderly parent. Instead of assisting, the staff were dismissive and unwilling to offer any kind of solution. The lack of consistency and poor customer service is unacceptable. Situations like this should be handled with patience and respect, not attitude. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this bank to anyone. Do better. EVERYONE IN HERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!
