Again, what is the point in having branches if yall aren't going to serve your customers? The teller wouldn't even let me finish explaining my situation (I had money stolen from my account) before cutting me off. I need a new card and to file a fraud charge and no one will listen to me

My grandmother have lost my debit card and went to the branch to get help with card replacement. While there, branch manager and accounts manager were not helpful at all with resolving the issue. Rather than helping they sent more time finding excuses why it can not be done in person. At the end, I was able to resolve the situation over the phone while being in the branch. Very bad staff that has no customer service skills and rude behavior.
