Kanika is extremely supportive and swiftly verified everything including reaching out to PNC’s internal team and explain us the root cause and step by step guidance to resolve the issue. I am extremely satisfied the professional way Kanika handle all my queries and answered them with empathy. Overall Kanika is an exceptional person with deep understanding of customer service and I am very impressed with the service. Thanks for solving the check issue. Thank you!

Passed around from one to another, stood over 30 minutes while they called the "back office ' about something basic as endorsing a check made out to them. The absolute worst financial institution I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Awful.
