Mind you the green open lights were still on! There wasn't I'm sorry but we're closed or anything! They turned off the lights and we're walking around talking all the while we're sitting there waiting to be served! No one ever did say a damn word to us. The customer service is horrible! And I seriously mean that! If I had the option to leave zero stars that's exactly what they would get from me!! PNC DO BETTER!!!!

Definitely won’t ever bank with a place like this nor recommend them. Needed the cash today to buy a 16 year old her car that was totaled just two weeks ago by a hit and run. Then get taken advantage of by pnc lol.
- BPBilly PerryJul 14, 20251.0I visited PNC bank today.What an absolute disaster!From the very first words spoken . to the lady standing in front who greeted me with her hair all matted and nappy looking sweat pants.She looked like she slept in a barn and forgot to take a shower brfore she came to work.I told her why I was visiting the bank and she had the audacity to roll her eyes at me like a entitled teenage brat who waa told she couldn,t go out tonight and party with her friends because tomorrow was a school day.The advisor I met with was an absolute psycho looking woman who looked hungover and feeling nasty which is the way she treated me.I have been a loyal PNC client for over 45 years and after today i am seriously thinking I should take my business elsewhere.
