The teller got the branch manager who dismissed me immediately and didn't take the 2 minutes to ansewer my questions. I called pnc customer care, talked to them for just under 5 minutes and they were able to ansewer all my questions. The branch manager of this location couldn't be bothered at least listen to my questions.
