Go to another bank if you can what a joke this place is. Jodi Levitan refused to call amd verify the check for zero reason other then waste time. Get this person out of manager position and find someone willing to pick up a phone for a customer.

- MBMegan BonnellMay 24, 20193.0I've been to this branch a number of times though it is not my usual branch. I recently stopped by to make a deposit and there was a longer than usual wait time (that's fine, it happens sometimes). However, once I got to the teller, Ryan, he made me go through a couple different processes for my deposit that I've never had to do before - writing my initials on the deposit slip even though I gave him my ID and wrote the account name on the slip; giving him a debit card in addition to my ID and deposit slips. And when I said something to the effect of, oh I've never had to do this before, he told me it's always been the policy and suggested he get a manager to explain it to me further (which felt unnecessary with the long line and passive aggressive). His demeanor was not exactly helpful in this exchange, it was as though he was either previously annoyed before I got there or my very typical transaction was a nuisance to him. I definitely got the sense that I was annoying him. In my 10 years as a customer with PNC I've never had an experience like that. I will probably just stick to my usual branch from now on. Hoping people had a better experience with Ryan.
