- AJAretha JohnsonSep 12, 20251.0I pd off my loan on 8/29 but the payment didn’t post until the 5th due to the holiday, the loan somehow occurred $2.74 in interest I had to call member service credit dept in order to have the charge remove which they did not I was told they’ll take it from my savings account so on Sat I’m going into a branch and closing my accounts and never doing business with them again anytime you have us (black) people running anything it’s always a problem all this over $2.74 but pd over a $1000 to pay off the loan, I’ll drain my savings from my outside bank account to pay off any other loans i have with them and never doing business with this credit union ever again all over $2.74!!!
- LBLeVente BerryAug 26, 20251.0Frustratingly incompetent service. I have been calling for a week now and can not get a hold of one person. They surely answer when you want to get a loan however. Since then it has been crickets. I also am getting charged for life insurance that I NEVER agreed to sign up for! All I want is clarity and possibly remove the insurance but after this experience I will be looking for another lender ASAP. Do not waste your time with them.
