- AJAretha JohnsonSep 12, 20251.0I pd off my loan on 8/29 but the payment didn’t post until the 5th due to the holiday, the loan somehow occurred $2.74 in interest I had to call member service credit dept in order to have the charge remove which they did not I was told they’ll take it from my savings account so on Sat I’m going into a branch and closing my accounts and never doing business with them again anytime you have us (black) people running anything it’s always a problem all this over $2.74 but pd over a $1000 to pay off the loan, I’ll drain my savings from my outside bank account to pay off any other loans i have with them and never doing business with this credit union ever again all over $2.74!!!

- LBLeVente BerryAug 26, 20251.0Frustratingly incompetent service. I have been calling for a week now and can not get a hold of one person. They surely answer when you want to get a loan however. Since then it has been crickets. I also am getting charged for life insurance that I NEVER agreed to sign up for! All I want is clarity and possibly remove the insurance but after this experience I will be looking for another lender ASAP. Do not waste your time with them.

They mentioned it would be an easy process as my credit was good. I had to submit more information and when I sent it over email, Marta never responded. I called and she said we needed more information. Then I went back in another Saturday and worked with another person and she said the underwriters would look over the loan on Monday morning and she would call us back if we needed anything. Called back Monday morning after not getting a call and was told they’d call back since the underwriters couldn’t get to it that day. I didn’t get a call back, so I called back the next day and was told the loan workers were out for lunch. They told me they’d call me back but I knew better, so I said I’d call back myself. I called back a couple hours later and they were still somehow out for lunch, and I was told Marta would call me back that day after taking my name and number. Guess what, I never got a call back. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a credit union. Please do not go with them!
