  After giving a glowing survey on feedback I feel I have been betrayed by this branch. I ordered a new card from this branch, with it being on my way home from work I figured 3-7 business days wouldn't be an issue (I have had issues with USPS where I live so I asked not to be shipped to my home) was told I'd get a phone call when it came into the branch. 3 weeks later still nothing, not even a courtesy call to check up with me. I might as well went up to the other branch on cementary rd to have a card made. Update: yesterday I went to the cemetery branch to cancel out the card they had ordered and to print me a card there. They did successfully, today I received a call that my card came in. HOW CONVENIENT IT JUST HAPPENS TO COME IN AFTER I HAD IT CANCELLED THE DAY BEFORE AFTER WAITING ALMOST A MONTH. Either they're full of it or that's one hell of a coincidence.

  Ordered a card to be shipped to this location at time of opening my account. Was told they would call me when it arrived. Its been months and no one's called . Keep getting told we'll call you when its here......aside from that the online banking is horrible. Absolutely horrible. The app is usually down or runs extreeeeeeeeeeeeemly slow. Also the correct balance isn't reflected in the "available balance" section of the online banking.

  They close at 6pm, showed up at 5:50 to make a simple deposit. Young guy with a goatee was holding door open for a lady coming out,slammed it in my face and then yelled through the glass "were closed" and walked away. I've been in customer service all my life, that's not how you treat people
