My husband & I both have been customers for over 15 years, multi states, different cities in Ohio and THIS place is awful. We were denied service by a banker because he said he has to take care of others ahead of us, although we were there first & I watched someone ELSE take them. Then the teller said he couldn't help us either & we would need to be seen by someone else!! We needed 10 minutes of help & WERE looking at bring our business accts here.... not anymore.
