I've been calling every few days, I've left voicemails, I've sent emails and she refuses to get back to me in any way. She told me everything I wanted to hear to get me to bring my business from another bank but as soon as I do, the issue I was most concerned about does not happen the way she said it would. Multiple others have promised to have her call me or they would call me back personally, none have.

They have made multiple mistakes with from overcharging me overdraft fees to not offering any benefits other than a reserve and savings account on top of checking! These days people want more for their hard earned money and this is not it! My Husband and I have found a bank that offers so much more than PNC so what would be the logical choice?....PNC OR OTHER BANK THAT OFFERS MORE BENEFITS?... Duh...other bank! We work so hard for the money we get and I think everyone can agree with me that having their bank offer more benefits is the only smart choice!
