He explained the process would take about 15 minutes so we had a seat and when we were waiting a nice man and lady during this time asked if we needed any water or anything while we waited. They will make some old and new customers happy with these changes, and if you have not been in there for a while, I encourage you to go in and see for yourself. Way to go, Hartville PNC!!!

I FEEL FOR THE GOOD PEOPLE THAT YOU FIRED SO YOU CAN INCREASE YOUR PROFITS. hopefully, there will be available assistance when i come in to CLOSE my accounts.
