- JJJAEJul 15, 20251.0The past two years they have really changed on their customer service end. They are not friendly, they do not greet anyone walking in the doors. They do not attempt any small conversations. It’s a lot different from when Amber, Bethany, or Deb worked there. It seems to be a burden to them if you come in for any service needed. They really need to change their customer service end , or get a different staff. I can’t imagine them gaining business from their customers with their poor management and customer service skills.
