The branch manager, Nick is really one of the top banking professionals I have been introduced too in years. He proactively scheduled to meet me and find out about my business, how they can help me and also just asked about me. This rarely exists these days and it reminds me of why I opened my first account with PNC all those years ago. Great branch, top rate manager. Thank you PNC for bringing Nick to us.

They do the personal lines very well and have had some minor issues in the past when dealing with the business side of things with setting up certain accounts. I would always recommend them for personal handling of accounts, the virtual wallet is AWESOME for paying bills, transferring funds, etc. They just need to keep optimizing their business services for small companies.
