- TCTerry CharnasApr 1, 20261.0I am very disappointed by the rude customer service I received on 2 occasions. Recently on 04/01/2026(not an April fools joke), I needed to change my PIN for my checking account. I was asked to take a seat and wait. After about 20 minutes, I asked the staff kindly if maybe they forgot about me. Several staff members responded to my question in a very condescending and humiliating tone. This was not the first time I have been treated in this manner. The customer service is horrible and disrespectful. I am strongly considering leaving this bank.
- HSHarlee SmithMar 18, 20261.0Sabrina had the worst customer service skills. I will most likely withdrawal my funds and bank elsewhere due to her lack of communication skills and overall demeanor. Every opinion I expressed she pushed back and spoke over me, she was argumentative, confrontational and completely impossible to conduct any business with. I am incredibly disappointed in this experience and her lack of people skills. You never know what people are going through and you really should offer people kindness not judgment and aggression. Awful. 😔
