My family is in the process of moving. We decided approximately two months ago to come to PNC. The branches were near my current location, my future location, and my son's college. Before I was able to set up my account I had to make an appointment. It took several days of trying to call this branch, the closest to me, no one picked up the call. After getting through, I had a pleasurable time setting up the account, unfortunately, I forget the young man's name. I figured the phone issue was a one-off kind of activity that just happens from time to time. After the two months, I decided to bring two other customers to PNC and to this Branch in Englewood Ohio. I could not get anyone to answer the phone, again. I decided to make the trip and deposit the two checks I had into my account and have the other two future customers join me. I waited in line to see a teller and I informed them that the future customers wanted to open accounts. I was informed that it would be approximately four hours until they could be seen. I informed them that they should answer their phone and received the reply that they were short-staffed. I asked for the manager, going full Kyle-mode. Kacey, KC, however you spell her name, she would not tell me her last name, responded and I asked her if the staffing issue was her issue and she responded curtly, "Yeah, blame it all on me." So that is what I intend, I am a service-connected disable veteran and my wife works at the VA, so we are not wealthy by any means. Apparently, we are not worthy of respect nor concern from KC, maybe my balance isn't high enough. If you are having staffing issues, why aren't there ads in the classified to fill them? It has been at least two months. The reviews about this branch confirms my assumptions that this branch is a dumpster fire, that is likely caused from the top down. You have a management issue, I must assume KC is an integral part of it as well. I am seriously wondering if I have made a mistake in choosing PNC. I will let other branches help make that determination, because if left to this branch, I would not bank here. The second star is for the gentleman that helped create our accounts. Maybe he should replace KC, just a thought.

Had a great experience opening new accounts with Ravshan. We are new to the area and it was nice to have friendly customer service and debit cards printed on the spot!

Terrible service at the window.. Very rude 50ish lady ....was only cashing a small refund check. Waited 20 mins to get to window and then took another 10 mins to cash the check. I don't think she could count. Glad I do online banking. Can't deal with STUPiD
