  Honest review. Went to get our taxes done today. The previous accountant we had with this firm got everything done in 1 appt which included signing off on the form to file (1 apt -DONE ☺️). We couldn't do that today. We were told we had to come back in a second appointment. When I explained that we live 45 minutes away, we were told that CPA's can't do it that way (signing off on your taxes the same day goes against company policy). The form that we need to sign in order to file will be emailed to us. Yes, we want you guys to make sure everything is 100% correct and accurate so their are no mistakes. Triple check if you need to with another pair of eyes, but their needs to be better communication with clients. We have used this business for several years!! I work full time and have two young kids under the age of 5, NOW this email is just an extra thing I need to track down. The lady that helped us today also DIDN'T tell us how much we will owe in fees for utilizing their services!!! If their were no major red flags, just have us sign off on our taxes and be done!

  They were courteous friendly their salon is beautiful ,Paul did an amazing job on my nails he pays very close attention to details, the Management Is very helpful, The receptionist was Friendly love everything about the place highly recommend , if you want quality Care!!!

  I have been going here for a few years in a row. Jessica is a very good tax preparation expert. They try everything to help you out as much as they can. She really knows her stuff!
