They really do work to serve their members. We are real peopel to them, not just numbers. Kalynn & Beth always smile and ake my visits enjoyable. My kids love the stickers and candy. Beth, Kailynn, Terri and Ella are all exceptionally nice and dedicated to making sure the customer is well educated about the various services they offer. For a big bank, it has a very small town feel that I love, and they are very involved in the community also. Unlike other bigger banks in Englewood, the staff here knows your name and the service is prompt and efficient. If you are looking for superb customer service then look no further!
