My mom banks here and she's had NOTHING but great, friendly service and suggested I bank here too! I'm glad I did, and I'm very happy with the service I received from Marie and everyone else here!!! Marie was very helpful and friendly with getting everything going for me!!! I forgot the gentleman's name who helped me after Marie but ALSO very very friendly!!! He acknowledged me right away after entering the bank and that means something to me!!! I'm impressed, honestly!!! Thanking you for all your help and for listening!!! GREATLY appreciated!!! Tell her you can't understand her and she blows up at you yelling at you in the lobby infront of everyone belittling you. Call the Corporate number and got everything squared away. Funny how the branch manager couldn't help but corporate could. The because I can mentality definitely don't recommend going to Elyria PNC Bank .

- ARAna RaudaNov 17, 20171.0The bankers don't know how to count I pulled out all my money from my account I asked for 181.07 and she put on my deposit sheet 181.02 and then only gave me back 81$ so when I went to say something they told me I now have to wait until the end of the day and just hope her drawer comes back over 100$
