One of the worst banks in the area they don't answer the phone like the other banks around here an when I tempted to transfer money from my PNC account to my Chester bank account for 10 dollars so far it's taking 24 hours an nothing happened yet so I'm done with these jag offs

Terrible. I used to cash my checks here from work somewhat regularly since this is the bank that can take them. All was fine for a year besides the fact that everytime I'd come in they'd try to make me sign up for an account. Some were nice about it, others at the counter would scoff at me and talk about the check cashing fee as if I wasn't already aware of it.
Finally came around time for me to get a bank account, sat down with the teller she was nice but for some reason they told me I couldn't open up an account with them after sitting there for like 40-50 mins. I asked if getting denied for any reason would hurt my credit, she said no but it did do something to my credit. After that I left. All I wanted to do was a wire transfer and I couldn't even do that.
Then payday came again and I went to cash my check, they denied me to my surprise and horror. Told me they can't cash checks, even if it's a PNC check because I don't have an account with them EVEN THOUGH I've been doing it for over a year! They just suddenly made up a rule so they didn't have to help me, and I know because I asked another friend from the same job to walk in and cash his check without an account. They did it. I immediately walked in after he finished and confronted them, to which the nasty old lady in the back whispered she'd call the cops on me.
NEVER put your money here. Try Wells Fargos like I did or any other bank, PNC didn't want to hold onto my new assets and inheritance but Wells did. Chime is decent too and does money Wiring, gets me my paycheck 4 days early. You can't beat that! Oh also PNC ATM is always out of money or temporarily shut off. Either they're lazy or they block cards somehow when no one is there at night. It's supposed to be 24/7 all night available....
