  I open an account. Just need checking. They automatically create THREE accounts. Spend save plan or something like that. I could not access the account online in order to set it up! Closed sll three accounts which took a half hour on the phone. Now they send me three separate monthly statements. Three separate closure notifications. PNC bank is LAME! we could have done business together if they'd get their head out

  Painfully slow. Usually 1 teller who visits instead of helping other customers. I truly hate going into this bank.

  I've worked with this branch on several occasions and the staff is always very helpful and work very hard to quickly resolve any problems. Highly recommend them for any of your banking needs.

  My sister and I went to PNC because I was TRYING to open an account the man didn’t even explain the different accounts offered. Then he said it would be a minimum of $500 which was fine but Huntington offers free checking. So his way of “dismissing us was he just started typing on his computer and we thought he was finding information to tell us but he looked up as though we were bothering him. I said oh we’re done he said “uh yeah”. We got up and left. I couldn’t believe it. He was extremely rude and unprofessional.

  So my gf Amanda finally opened up her first bank account with pnc and had the worst experience ever. She had someone writing her bad checks that she had to pay back resulting in the bank closing her account a day before her direct deposit from work would hit. Well we walked in and sat down with Quallan Prince who is absolutley amazing and deserves a raise and promotion. He opened her up a new account and got her direct deposit within that hour when he was told it may take up until midnight to get her money she should of had thursday. He did any and everything to make sure she was taken care of. This guy is awesome if you are ever in pnc go talk to him. He will educate you on finances on how the best way to save money so 20 years from now youll have 50 grand saved up. The first time we had someone from pnc actually listen to us and help us. Thank you again Quallan Prince you made us realize people do care in this world.
