That portapotty was in the parking lot, but had a screw holding the door closed. I've been with PNC for close to 20 years, but I'm rushing a transaction because I have to pee. I'm on the phone with a competitor right now to move my business. I'm tempted to up the rating to 2 stars because the people were all very friendly I enjoyed them. Returned today... now there are no tellers. How do I lower the review?
